2018 Exhibitor Opportunities

We are offering Keynote, Gold, Silver, and Bronze Exhibitor and Registration Sponsors opportunities. Easy, accessible loading and unloading areas will be available to all exhibitors at 7 a.m. the day of the conference.  Exhibits are open from 7:30 am - 2 pm.  Attendees will be eligible to enter a raffle provided they visit all exhibitor booths.


Please note – ALL Registration will be done online this year.

* Exhibitors can use their own company logo, color scheme and design.  All materials must be approved by Kevin Wegner, Conference Coordinator. Companies will provide the requested number of items at least two weeks prior to the conference (Please contact Linda Russell at

Exhibitors can contact Kevin Wegner, Conference Coordinator, at to discuss other items for consideration to be provided as registration materials to all participants or advertisements in conference materials.  Brochures/business cards/company literature will not be accepted as registration materials but appropriate products/giveaways such as key chains, measuring tapes, or magnets will be considered.

Additional Information:

Upon registration as an exhibitor, confirmation of registration will be provided with directions Kean University, Nathan Weiss Graduate College and instructions for loading and unloading materials on the day of the conference. Electrical access may be limited for exhibitor tables; communicate if electrical access is necessary for your table.  A temporary Wi-Fi log-in will be available for all exhibitors. Exhibitor registration space will be provided starting at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 13, 2018.  Registration for the conference opens at 7:30 am.


Refund policy:

Notice of cancellation must be in writing (no exceptions) to:

Cancellations received before September 14, 2018 subject to $200.00 cancellation fee. No refunds or cancellations will be granted after September 14, 2018.
