Mary G. Hartsell, OTR/L

Mary Hartsell has practiced OT for over 20 years.  A graduate of Elizabethtown College, she is certified in Lymphedema Therapy, Assistive Technology, and Clinical Supervision.  Mrs. Hartsell is currently employed as a Clinical Program Manager for Camden County Educational Services Commission while in pursuit of a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership.  Mrs. Hartsell has also provided therapy in Virginia, Washington D.C. and New Jersey working in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, clinics, schools, and early intervention programs.  

Cristina Klymasz, MS, OTR/L, CBIS, RYT

Cristina Klymasz is a senior occupational therapist at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation. She specializes in cognitive rehabilitation and neuro-rehabilitation. Her experience spans the inpatient and cognitive rehabilitation outpatient settings of Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation at West Orange, NJ. She shares her experience and knowledge throughout the Select Medical healthcare system as part of the Kessler Educator program.

Natalie Picciano, MS, OTR/L

Natalie is a graduate of the University of Scranton and has been working as an Occupational Therapist for 3 years. In addition to working with the older adult population she also works in early intervention (EI) at St. John of God Community Services in Westville Grove. She has been working there as a per diem clinician, also in home care, for about a year and a half.  She is trained in LSVT BIG and she is an AOTA approved mentor and fieldwork educator.   

Sheila Wilson, OTD, OTR/L, ATP

Sheila has her undergraduate degree from Bloomsburg University, graduated from NYU with a Masters in Occupational Therapy in 1994, and completed her Doctoral in Occupational Therapy from AT Still University in 2016. As a new graduate, Sheila worked for two years in the NYC schools systems before moving to Philadelphia to work at Magee Rehabilitation Hospital, which is an acute inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Sheila is the Team Leader for the General Rehab Program working with patients who have orthopedic, neurologic, and musculoskeletal issues. Sheila works as a per diem home health occupational therapist, treating clients as well as assisting with ordering power and manual wheelchairs. She is an assistive technology practitioner and holds certifications in vestibular rehab and LSVT Big for the treatment of patients with Parkinson’s Disease. Sheila is involved with AOTA, POTA, and NJOTA.

Laura Goellner Germanio OTR, RYT, LMT, CLT

Laura is a graduate of Stockton University, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. Her specialized training as an Occupational Therapist includes the Graston Technique, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, LSVT BIG and Complete Digestive Therapy for the treatment of Lymphedema. Laura has been in the wellness field for over 10 years as a yoga and pilates teacher. Her focus is on the therapeutic application of movement, relaxation techniques, and deep breathing to bridge the gap between treating disease and maintaining wellness. In 2015 Laura completed the 550 hour training at the Barberio School of Massage Therapy. She is currently writing a book on Yoga Therapy techniques to improve posture and bring the body back into alignment.
