NEW JERSEY OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSOCIATION

ANNUAL CONFERENCE 2008

            The New Jersey Occupational Therapy Association's 35th Annual Conference will be held on Sunday, September 21st 2008 at the Sheraton in Eatontown, NJ.  

 

CALL FOR PAPERS

The New Jersey Occupational Therapy Association is accepting papers for the 35th Annual Conference on Sunday, September 21st 2008. The Conference will be held at the Sheraton in Eatontown, NJ.  

          Proposals for short courses, workshops and poster sessions are currently being accepted.  

          Please click here to download a proposal form or contact Felicia Chew, Education Co-Chair at 609-617-8577 or at f.chew@njota.org to request Proposal Packets. Proposals accepted until May 15th, 2008.

 

2008 Election of Officers to NJOTA Board

At this year's Annual Conference, on September 21st, 2008, the following Board positions are due to be elected.  If you are interested in running for any of the Board positions listed below, please send a 'Position Statement' with the poistion of office you are funning for and a brief overview of credentials and reason for applying for said position:

President; Treasurer; Education: Practice: Public Relations: State Legislation: Ways and Means: Corresponding Secretary:

Term of office: Two years.

In addition, due to resignation the following position is also vacant - Vice President - term of office one years, then re-apply for two year term in 2009!

Eligibility: Member of NJOTA in good standing.  President and Vice President must be members of AOTA.  (Applications for post of President must have current or previous experience of serving on the NJOTA Board.)
